Schedule
Friday, Oct. 24 – Check-in starting 3:30pm at Newell Hall. Opening Ceremony at 5pm.
Saturday, Oct. 25 – Hacking, mentorship, and workshops
Sunday, Oct. 26 – Final submissions due by 5pm.
Challenges
Build an AI solution that demonstrates creativity, functionality, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Projects should address real-world problems, use responsible AI practices, and be presented in a way that highlights the strengths of each teammate’s background. There are five categories that students can submit under:

Your hackathon ticket (A QR code will be sent to you 24 hours before the hackathon start)

Are there prizes?
Yes! Prizes will be awarded to the top teams based on creativity, functionality, interdisciplinary collaboration, and presentation quality.
Project & Submission Requirements
What to Create – A new AI demo project with cross-disciplinary team representation.
Functionality – Project must work as shown in the video/description.
New Work – All projects must be built during the hackathon.
Third-Party Tools – You may use APIs/SDKs if authorized, and must show proof in your video.
HIPAA Compliance – Do not use or collect protected health information (PHI).
Testing – Provide access to your code and all files needed for judges to test your project.
Repository – Export and host code on GitHub (public).
