Weak study habits and procrastination. It affects 46.4% of UF students .

Idea Explanation

What is your idea? How does it fix the problem?

A chrome extension that promotes positive work habits by gamifying your assignments.

Implementation

We used the Canvas API to request the user's assignment information and save it in the local browser storage, and the frontend used this information to render the tasks in the assignment tab of our extension. The user's information remains confidential, and since it's stored locally, the browser extension can be used by anyone.

Getting Canvas API, time management. We overcame it by helping each other.

We learned to work cohesively as a team and we accomplished a working calendar google chrome extension that sufficiently helps get assignments done earlier.

Next Steps

What are the next steps for your project? How can you improve it?

We can add more themes for the UI, we can add more features that promote good study habits, and make the entire program more fluid overall.
